Our Facebook page has become such an active communication for us that we have not been as active in updating our web page, so we will start fresh with 2014.
2013 ended with a bang as the fellowship building was officially completed. There are still some projects before we will say the building is completely done, but we have received approval from the state of Ohio as a public building. The final additions were made on December 30 and the inspector approved the building on the 31st. That evening we had a New Year's Eve Celebration, which was made sweeter knowing the building was done. We are so thankful to God that He has guided and encouraged along the way. There were so many donations of money, labor, furniture, and opportunities to purchase items at wonderful costs, that we know God's hand was at work. We held a dedication of the building on the first Sunday of January for the congregation. It was a time of praise and promise as we give the building to the One who gave it and ask for His vision of how the fellowship building will best serve Him.
On other notes, our worship services continue to be a time of worship, praise, and fellowship as our numbers have continued to increase. Another blessing from our Savior! Our Women's Group was reactivated. They hosted a Ministry Appreciation breakfast in October to thank those in our church who continue to bring the message to us each week.
We are blessed with a great group of children who faithfully attend each Sunday and Wednesday. They continue to bless us with their faith and love for the Lord. The Youth Room at the Fellowship Hall has already been greatly enjoyed by them.
On Thursday nights, an exercise group began at the Fellowship Building. It meets at 6:00 p.m. and is open to everyone. It is great fellowship and equally fun!
We look forward to 2014 and what God has in store for us. We welcome you to come and join us in the journey.
